LIMITED WARRANTY

Akoma Dog Products, LLC extends the following limited warranty to the original retail purchaser of any HOUND HEATER TM: Akoma Dog Products, LLC warrants its HOUND HEATER TM to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. Akoma Dog Products, LLC only obligation under this limited warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at its option, of defective parts only. AKOMA DOG PRODUCTS, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALSO DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CON-SEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL DAMAGES. FURTHER, AKOMA DOG PRODUCTS, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM DELAY IN DELIVERY OR INSTALLATION OR FOR ANY FAILURE TO PERFORM WHICH IS DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND ITS CONTROL.

For warranty performance contact us at AKOMA DOG PRODUCTS, LLC, 16848 239th Avenue, Big Lake, MN 55309 to determine if only a replacement part is needed or if the cover needs to be returned for inspection and repair. Proof of retail purchase must be provided when making a warranty claim. Goods to be returned must have a pre-authorized RGA # (Returned Goods Authorization Number) obtained by calling us at 612-325-0353. The purchaser is responsible for all freight charges to Akoma Dog Products, LLC. Akoma Dog Products, LLC will pay freight to return goods to sender.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, improper installation, or ordinary wear and tear.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
